We’ve been celebrating 10 years of Newcastle Live this week, so we thought we’d jump in the time machine to take a look back at the evolution of the website and some of the posts you clicked on the most.

Looking back on the evolution of the website (thanks to the Wayback Machine) we noticed that what we’ve posted about is not just a reflection on the passage of time but a tribute to the dynamic cultural tapestry of Newcastle and the Hunter Valley.

From its inception a decade ago, Newcastle Live has been a witness to the pulse of the local music scene, the rise of new entertainment venues, and the ever-changing landscape of the region’s lifestyle.

THE LOGO

While it’s always kept the same vibe our logo has certainly undergone a bit of an evolution over the years. Check out the Glow Up below.

THE WEBSITE

From the early days of our one-page website to the very first site we launched, our .com.au has certainly undergone some changes since we launched 10 years ago.

THE POSTS

From the stuff we just had to write about to the stuff we wish we didnโ€™t have to, here are some of the posts that really resonated with you over the last 10 years.
