Lake Mac STEAM Week: A Flying Photon

Science show meets fringe show in this amalgamated mess of comedy and quantum. There will be experiments, poetry, and a deep dive into some of the best features in the cosmos, including our wonderfully radiating selves.

MonoDuo

Join us for an interactive concert that explores the connection between music, movement, sound and science through the use of instruments rhythm, harmony and melody. Designed for years 5, 6, 7, 8 this concert will inspire and educate as the Hot Potato Band and your students delve into connection of Music and Science.

Horse’s birthday painting with Helene Ruma

To celebrate the Horses birthday on August 1st, animal artist, Helene Ruma will be taking students through a step by step process of drawing and painting a horse running. Using brushes and bright acrylic paints, students will learn how to build an animal from shapes and bring focus to our subject with warm and cool colours.
