We know that you guys love ramen. So do we! Way back in May 2017 we asked the Newcastle Live on-line community what kind of fast / take away food they felt Newcastle and the Hunter was missing and you voted RAMEN! And so, Susuru Ramen and Gyoza Restaurant was born.
About a year ago we even asked very kindly for a recipe and some hot tips from the Susuru team. You know, ‘cause we wanted to make ramen at home.
What were we thinking? Making ramen is hard! But what if we get a hankering for delicious noodles and nourishing, rich hot broth and nowhere is open? It might be midnight. Susuru might be closed, or sold-out! A packet of two-minute Mi Goreng just will not do…
Never fear, yet another coronavirus related silver lining is here. Susuru have launched frozen ramen kits and “all your favourite ramen can be made and packaged frozen!”
