Karnivool are bringing their ARIA-nominated album In Verses to Newcastle this November, with Sydney artist CENOBIA joining the Perth rock heavyweights for their Australian regional tour.
The show at King Street Bandroom is part of an 11-date run taking Karnivool across regional Australia for their final tour of 2026.
The tour will give fans outside the capital cities the chance to experience the band’s latest material live, alongside the songs that have made them one of Australia’s most celebrated progressive rock acts.
Released in February, In Verses ended a 13-year wait for new music from Karnivool and debuted at number one on the ARIA Albums Chart.
It was the first Australian album to reach the top spot in 2026 and has since earned an ARIA nomination, with the band taking the record on the road across Europe and Australia throughout the year.
The album’s accompanying tour has already seen Karnivool perform some of the biggest headline shows of their career, bringing the intricate arrangements and expansive sound of In Verses to the stage alongside long-standing fan favourites.
The regional run will continue that momentum, with Newcastle among the NSW stops before the band heads north and south for the final dates of the tour.
Joining the lineup is CENOBIA, one of the more intriguing emerging artists of 2026.
Since emerging in 2025, the Sydney-based artist has amassed 10 million streams and built a global following through a series of singles wrapped in cryptic storytelling, striking visuals and an enigmatic persona that blurs the line between reality and mythology.
Karnivool’s In Verses Australian Regional Tour arrives at King Street Bandroom in Newcastle on Wednesday, 25 November, with CENOBIA as special guest. Tickets are on sale now through Karnivool’s website, with the album In Verses available to stream now.
