Newcastle Pride Fair Day 2025 is on this weekend, promising a full day of family-friendly fun, live performances, and LGBTQIA+ celebration at Gregson Park.

As the highlight of the Newcastle Pride Festival, this free event brings together the community in a vibrant, inclusive space for diversity, equality, and rainbow-coloured entertainment.

The 2025 Fair Day will showcase a packed main stage program, including headline performances from Jimi the Kween and Courtney Act, alongside favourites like Freddie Merkin, Greg Gould, Danni Issues, Molly Poppinz, and more.

Attendees can expect non-stop live music, drag shows, performance art, and a dedicated DJ dance area to keep the energy high throughout the day.

Kids and families are well catered for with a dedicated kids area featuring games, rides, and live entertainment.

Pet lovers can enjoy the unique Doggywood Parade, while festival-goers of all ages can explore the vibrant markets curated by Homegrown, featuring food vans, retail stalls, and LGBTIQA+ community information hubs.

In addition to performances and markets, the Fair Day will feature special events such as the lip sync battle, Yarning Circle, and a showcase of motorcycles from The Red Torquettes.

The event encourages attendees to bring their own shade, water, and comfy seating to enjoy a safe and inclusive environment.

The day’s schedule runs from 10:00 am with DJ TIFF kicking off the festivities, through to a 6:00 pm close.

Highlights include live kids’ music from The Quokkas, appearances by the I Qtopia Sydney performers, a live performance by the cast of Kinky Boots and of course, the Fair Day headliner Courtney Act.
