WORKSHOP: How to create and manage a music event

The event is a partnership event with Adamstown Arts, 90Deg Studio and Newcastle Music Collective.

Are you 14 – 25 years old? Have you ever wanted to put on your own gig? If you answered yes to both these questions, then you need to book into the “How to create and manage a music event” workshop being hosted by Adamstown Arts and The Dungeon on 8 October.

Event host and Director of 90Deg Studio above Musos Corner, Allon Silove, will be joined on the panel by Campbell, Alex McWhirter and Samuel King from Newcastle Music Collective. And their message is simple…

“Putting on a gig isn’t just about finding the acts and making sure they turn up”.

Attendees will hear from music industry professionals as they take you through the entire process of what needs to happen when you create and manage a music event in Newcastle.

The event is a partnership event with Adamstown Arts, 90Deg Studio and Newcastle Music Collective.
