He’s the purple prankster who first came to national attention as the non-human offsider to fellow funnyman Sammy J.
Well, Randy Feltface has ditched his human counterpart and is spreading his felty wings with a run of solo shows.
And it seems that love for this little purple guy is strong here in Newcastle with Randy’s upcoming show at The Happy Wombat on Friday 25 October now completely sold out!
Never fear, though, because Randy in his infinite generosity has decided to add a second show to his Newcastle itinerary.
With the sweat still fresh on Randy’s brow and the exiting crowd still guffawing when the first show ends he will back up with a second performance that will kick off at 9pm.
What a guy!
Jumping into the world of stand-up back in 2005, Randy has since parlayed his passion for punchlines into a career that has seen him become this country’s favourite non-human comic.
He hit the comedy stratosphere after teaming up with Sammy J in 2010 to create Ricketts Lane which won Best Show at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival and went on to become a television series of the same name, airing on ABC TV in Australia, Seeso in the US and Netflix in the UK.
His 2016 shoe Randy Writes A Novel was nominated for best comedy at The Edinburgh Fringe Festival and went on toย a season at the Soho Theatre in London.
Catch Randy Feltface in his SECOND Newcastle show at The Happy Wombat on Friday 25 October from 9pm.
