Ridesharing kings, Uber have revealed that Newcastle riders have the highest review ratings out of all of Australia!
The figures, which have been released today to mark the launch of Uber’s new Privacy Centre, show that the average rider rating in Newcastle is 4.90!
Uber’s Privacy Centre includes a number of new transparency features for app users, including access to this breakdown of rider ratings.
Riders will also be able to see how many times they’ve been given 5 stars, and how many times they’ve been rated a 1-star rider.
You’ll be able to see the rider rating breakdown in the Uber app starting today, Thursday 17 February.
