Top tips on buying your Groovin’ the Moo tickets

Groovin’ the Moo tickets are on sale today, Tuesday 6 February, from noon.

With the festivals move to the foreshore in Newcastle and an absolutely stacked lineup of international acts and homegrown favourites, these festival tickets are sure to be hot property.

So we’ve put together a short list of tip that should help you get you, and your crew, across the lineup today.

GET THE TIMING RIGHT

As we’ve said above, tickets go on sale today (Tuesday, 6 February) at Midday. And that’s local time, so if you’re the interstate friend who’s rolling in cash and planning to pick up tickets for everyone in your group make sure you set your alarm to NSW local time.

GET A MOSHTIX ACCOUNT

One of the best things you can do before tickets go on sale is set up a Moshtix account. And if you already have one, log in to make sure you remember your password. You’ll save a shit ton of time when you head to the online checkout and you can save the adrenaline rush for the festival itself.

APPLY FOR CREDIT IF YOU NEED IT

Don’t have the cash (or an interstate friend who’s ballin’)? No wukkas – You can Buy now pay later with Zip Pay. Just make sure you’re all approved for the credit before you head to the ticketing website.

HAVE ALL THE DEETS READY

If you’re grabbing tickets for your mates, make sure you have everyone’s full name and date of birth ready to go. If you fuck this up and need your tickets reissued it will cost ya a $12.50 reissue fee. So get your shit together!

DON’T GET SCAMMED

Moshtix is the only official Groovin’ the Moo online ticketing outlet. Don’t buy your tickets anywhere else and if your cool Aunty or Uncle is grabbing them for you, make sure they know this too! You don’t want to get scammed by those arseholes at Viagogo or by some git named Barry on Facebook.
