The stylish eatery gives you the opportunity to view cuts of meat hanging in a chilled display area adjacent to the kitchen. From here you can also watch the chefs at work.
The signature dish at the restaurant is the 18-hour slow cooked rib eye that promises to please the taste buds and melt in your mouth.
The main menu also features the Rattle Steak (the steak with bite) and Chophouse Board – 200g blackened rib eye, glazed beef ribs, slow cooked beef brisket, woodfired chicken, onion rings and thick cut chips.
But if you’re looking for something different, you can also grab some succulent ribs, burgers and much more.
The early bird gets the rib eye
Until July 31, Chophouse Grill is offering you the chance to sample the whopping 300-gram 18-hour slow cooked rib eye for just $22.
This tempting offer is available on Wednesdays and Thursdays for orders placed before 6.30pm.
A whole rib eye roll is basted with special herbs and blackened smoke marinades prior to 18 hours of slow roasting. Your steak will be hand cut from the whole roasted rib eye and grilled to order.
