Maitland Aquatic Centre is kicking off the winter swim season with a free family open day in April.
Locals are invited to enjoy a range of activities at both the indoor and outdoor pools, with free hot chocolates available, a fun-filled Easter egg hunt and a sausage sizzle.
From aqua fitness classes and Learn to Swim lessons to CPR demonstrations and laser tag, there’s something for everyone.
Visitors can take part in Learn to Swim assessments, test out an aqua bike session, or challenge their friends to laser tag.
