Split Feed Announce NSW Tour

Split Feed

Split Feed have announced a tour of NSW this month, hitting up four shows around the state in the hilariously named ‘Meat Raffle @ The Bowlo’ Tour

Despite not playing any bowling clubs, the band will still be hitting Sydney, Cronulla, Wollongong, and their hometown of Newcastle in Mid-May. The promise of a meat raffle at each show is also currently unconfirmed.

Joining them on the tour will be Sydney-based psych outfit MVRKS (pronounced “Mavericks”), with both acts promoting their recently released singles. MVRKS debut single ‘Ignorance’ is a spacey indie-rock track displaying catchy vocals and warbling synth lines.

Split Feed’s new song ‘Lucky People’ has been spun on triple j’s Short.Fast.Loud program, with Nat Tetcic saying the band “continue to prove they’re some real punk talent on the rise”

The hometown show takes place at The Lass O’Gowrie on Thursday May 12. The free entry show see’s Split Feed and MVRKS team up with indie/post-punk act PALS, and alt-rock four-piece dave, with a lineup that is sure to absolutely pack out The Lass.
