Newcastle fans of indie rock legends Spacey Jane are in for a treat this June as the band brings their highly anticipated album tour to The Station.

The tour announcement coincides with the release of Spacey Jane’s latest single, How to Kill Houseplants, a poignant track exploring themes of heartbreak and emotional turmoil.

The track follows the success of All the Noise, the album’s first single, which has already gained significant attention for its raw vulnerability and soaring melodies.

If That Makes Sense sees Spacey Jane refining their signature dreamy, guitar-driven sound while diving deeper into personal narratives of love, loss, and resilience. Given the band’s track record of topping charts and dominating airwaves, this release is set to be another defining moment in their career.

Spacey Jane’s previous albums, Sunlight and Here Comes Everybody, solidified their place as one of Australia’s most exciting bands, with hits like Booster Seat propelling them into mainstream success.

Their live performances have become renowned for their energy and emotional intensity, making their Newcastle show a must-see event. The Station’s open-air setting will provide the perfect backdrop for the band’s anthemic sound and deeply felt lyrics.

The beloved Perth quartet will hit The Station, Newcastle on Thursday, 12 June, as part of their extensive Australia and New Zealand tour in support of their forthcoming album If That Makes Sense, set for release on 9 May.
