And if so you will be as excited as we are that Schilly Thai Fusion has a permanent home to call their own. You can now visit them at The Corner, Charlestown – every, single, week!
These guys are the past masters of pumping out creative flavour bombs and their special this week is something seriously extra. Think chicken and waffles, but with a twist…
The Roti Gai Wan features Schilly’s Southern Fried Chicken Tenders, served on Roti Paratha, and then drizzled with a perfectly balanced spiced, sweet Szechuan Pepper Palm Sugar Syrup. Of course, there is a Pineapple Pico De Gallo served on the side for that pickled hit and we thoroughly recommend a squeeze of lime to finish it all off.

But you have to be quick to enjoy Schilly’s spin on the classic chicken and waffles dish. The Roti Gai Wan special is available this week only! You can treat yourself this Wed – Sun for lunch (12pm – 2pm) or dinner (5pm – 8.30pm).
