SNOW MUCH FUN: Snow Time in the Garden returns

Hunter Valley Gardens will be transformed into a winter wonderland during these school holidays as part of their annual Snow Time in the Garden event.

It’s a winter spectacular that promises fun for both the little ones and the big kids!

With a stack of snow-themed activities and attractions to warm up your winter, we’ve put together a handy guide so you can start planning your massive day of fun.

Mega Snow Play Zone

Build snowmen and make snow angels in a snowy playground. This giant man-made snow play area is a perfect introduction to icy playtime. Build something cool and take a photo or just frolic in like a Disney character in the middle of a ballad.

Giant Ice Toboggan

Ready, set, go… down a thrilling 45-meter ice slide. Even your littlest adrenalin junkies will enjoy the super-fast Ice Toboggan. Sitting snugly in your tube you can slide down the 45-metre ice slice and let the adrenaline rush take over. It’s too much fun to do once so be prepared to line back up to do it all over again.

Ice Skating Rink

Enjoy skating on a real ice rink, with a separate area for children under six.Whether you’re a novice wanting to try ice skating for the first time or you’re a bit of a pro, this massive Ice Rink has plenty of room to accommodate skaters of all levels.

Amusement Rides

The gardens offer a selection of amusement rides, including a Venetian carousel, tea cups, swing chairs, a super slide, and a Ferris wheel. Ride tickets can be purchased at the event.
