The Sesame Street Circus spectacular rolls into Newcastle this weekend

The Sesame Street Circus Spectacular will make its debut in Newcastle this Friday, 1 April, setting up under the big top in Richardson Park Reserve.

The 90-minute circus spectacular featuring Sesame Street characters showcases the talents of artists from Argentina, Switzerland, Brazil, Morocco, Spain, Africa and Australia.

Add your favourite Sesame Street characters including Elmo, Cookie Monster, Bert and Ernie and Super Grover, including the original Sesame Street voices that were recorded in New York, especially for this production, and you’ve got yourself a show that will entertain both the young ones and the young at heart.

“We’re absolutely delighted to be bringing this incredible circus production to Newcastle, create some fun and add much-needed smiles to faces young and old,” Keith Brown, Managing Director of Showtime Attractions, said.

“Not just for little ones, this circus spectacular will leave everyone spellbound. We have a lineup of the most incredible circus stars from around the world that will amaze you with their creativity and artistry. And of course, the Sesame Street characters are sure to entertain, no matter what your age.”

Sesame Street Circus Spectacular kicks off on 1 April at Richardson Park Reserve on the corner of Griffith & Chatham Roads in Hamilton North and will continue until 1 May. Visit ticketmaster.com.au for more information.
