The Screaming Jets have a message for Newcastle – Get Ready To Rock! After successfully launching their new album ‘Chrome’ to sell out crowds across capital cities in May, The Screaming Jets head back to Belmont 16s as part of the Chrome & Dust Tour.
The Screaming Jets are one of Australia’s premier long-standing rock bands. With years of touring, multiple hit singles and numerous famous albums to their name the band are synonymous with what Australian rock’n’roll fans expect.
Born out of previous bands in the NSW district of Newcastle, singer Dave Gleeson and his mate, songwriter and bass player, Paul Woseen has progressed the group through various line-ups until arriving at the sensational set of five players who currently perform and record The Jets unique blend of lyrics, riffs, and chords.
Few bands can claim the track record of music released by The Screaming Jets. Since their entry into the album market during1991 the group has sent forth a half a dozen albums titled All For One, Tear Of Thought, The Screaming Jets, World Gone Crazy, Scam and Do Ya.
2016 is another exciting milestone in their career when the band will release their latest studio offering titled “Chrome”. It’s a moment about which they are very f#$kin’ excited.
