Sarah McLeod and Dallas Frasca have announced their national Green Electric Tour, unveiling a powerful new single to lead the charge.
Just weeks out from hitting the road, the two acclaimed rock vocalists have teamed up on ‘Til It’s Gone’, a fierce blues-driven track that blends their unmistakable voices and lays out the environmental mission behind the tour.
The release sets the tone for a run of shows built around sustainability, advocacy and a shared belief in driving real change within the music industry.
The Green Electric Tour will see the pair travel across the country for 15 dates, taking a deliberately low-impact approach that mirrors the message in their new single.
The track itself was created across three Victorian home studios, embracing a DIY process that reinforces the idea that meaningful, powerful work doesn’t need heavy infrastructure or environmental cost. A new music video, directed by Scott Major, further pushes the message with an unsettling near-future visual world.
Both artists bring long and influential careers to the collaboration. McLeod, known for her work with The Superjesus and her extensive solo output, remains a driving force for progress and equity within the Australian music landscape.
Frasca, following the success of her 2024 album Force of Nature, continues to push boundaries with her bold performance style and a renewed national spotlight.
Their upcoming tour has been designed as a working example of greener touring practices. With support from Green Music Australia, the pair have added a small sustainability levy to each ticket, with funds directed toward measurable emissions-reduction strategies.
Recycled merchandise, eco-certified accommodation, meat-free catering and smarter travel routes form part of the blueprint, while fans are encouraged to participate by adopting sustainable transport options and wearing re-used or recycled outfits to shows.
The Green Electric Tour runs 19 February to 14 March, with the final show held at Newcastle’s Stag & Hunter on 14 March. Tickets for the Newcastle show are on sale now via stagandhunter.oztix.com.au, and Til It’s Gone is out now.
