Situated just 400 meters from McDonald Jones Stadium, Thirsty Messiah has become a go-to for sports fans looking for good food, great hospitality and even better beer before and after the big game.

Now, with a newly installed stage, the Broadmedow venue is ushering in a new era of entertainment in the suburbs.

Every Saturday night, Thirsty Messiah is hosting some of the region’s most loved acts with plans to welcome touring artists in the near future.

THE MUSIC

It all kicks off this month with a killer lineup of live music on the new stage with MacReid on Saturday 17 August, Nathan Cole on Saturday 24 August and rounds out with everyone’s favourite party starters Tre Soul on Saturday 31 August.

THE LOCATION

The Lambton Road venue is not only a short walk to the Stadium, hockey fields, tennis complex and RipIt golf centre, but it also boasts a stack of free parking which you can access on Perth Road just out the back of the brewery.

THE BEER

One of the standout features of Thirsty Messiah is its impressive lineup of house-brewed beers and Margan Family Wines. Boasting over 40 taps, including internationally awarded beers from 2023 to 2024, it is a paradise for beer lovers.

THE FOOD

Thirsty Messiah’s dedication to quality extends to the kitchen too. The venue serves up a menu packed with burgers, pizza, share dishes and classics. Even if you’re just there to sink a few beers, don’t miss out on the freshly baked pretzels or corn ribs… Trust us.
