This Friday, the Seabreeze Hotel in Nelson Bay will launch a brand new dining experience they’re calling Pub Yum Cha.
Taking its cues from the beloved Chinese tradition of Yum Cha, this sharing-style menu will offer a diverse selection of tasty dishes at wallet-friendly prices.
The man behind the concept, Troy Medynski said the idea was born to combat hospitality labour shortages and the rising costs of plating meals.
“The idea of pub yum cha emerged to address a combination of issues affecting the hospitality industry. But we’re not here to just complain, we’re here to construct creative solutions to get people back to enjoying our industry effortlessly,” Troy said.
“Working with this team of international chefs has been an incredible step for this venue.
“As small tapas style dishes have become increasingly popular within kitchens across Australia, Pub Yum Cha ensures to serve small plates with a big personality.”
The new menu is expected to be a big hit and while walk-in customers are welcome, bookings are highly encouraged.
