We dropped in for Lizotte’s regular, Live and Local night on Wednesday, to catch four magic acoustic sets from two very talented Local artists and two up-and-coming young artists

First set was a pearler, local Prahlad (Adam Little), with Ric McCann helping out on percussion. It’s always a pleasure to catch Prahlad live, fantastic original tunes and a great vibe. https://www.facebook.com/prahladmusic1

Sunshine Coaster, Mia Wray was up next and just honestly blew us away, what a talent. Stand outs of the set were her original ‘Where I Stand’ gave me goose bumps, just beautiful and a killer cover of Bruce Springsteen’s ‘I’m On Fire’. Check Mia out at: https://www.facebook.com/MIAWRAYOFFICIAL

15 year old Central Coast local, Boy Behind the Fence (Kallen Farley) hit the stage for the third set of the night. This young artist is packed to the brim with raw talent with a big future. Check out his EP ‘Graffiti Faces’ here:

One of our personal favourites Newcastle’s Jason Lowe finished the night with a sensational set, I love watching him play that lap slide and his original songs are poetic and beautifully composed.

Live and Local is on most Wednesday nights at Lizotte’s check out there web page for details and artists at the upcoming Live and Local nights as well as all the fantastic national and international touring artist they have coming up.
