The highly anticipated Portside Festival has just unveiled the full lineup for its two-day party at The Station in December. And it looks like Christmas will be coming early this year!

Following the sold-out success of the Carrodise Festival in 2023, Earp Distilling Co. established a new branch of their business to focus solely on bringing large-scale entertainment to Newcastle. Earp Presents has put together an absolutely killer lineup featuring some of the most exciting bands in the country alongside Ausmusic royalty and a good dose of local talent.

The first day of the festival, Saturday, 21 December, will kick things off with an impressive roster headlined by surf rockers, Hockey Dad.

SAN CISCO

They’ll join Western Australian indie poppers San Cisco, Keli Holiday and Sumner with local acts Vacations, Rum Jungle and Raave Tapes.

The headline slot for day two, Sunday, 22 December, will be filled by iconic Aussie band The Living End.

The bill for the second day also features festival royalty, Birds of Tokyo, Eskimo Joe, Killing Heidi, the mighty 28 Days, and local act Butterknife.

THE LIVING END

With regional festivals facing some pretty heavy challenges and closures recently, Earp Presents say they’re looking to fill the gap by offering a well-curated musical experience that resonates with the local community. They not only want to offer a top-notch lineup but also support local businesses and foster a sense of pride in Newcastle.

Portside Festival will take over The Station in Newcastle on Saturday, 21 December and Sunday, 22 December. Tickets are on sale now at earpdistillingco.com/portside-festival.
