Pigsty In July drop massive winter warming lineup

Hunter Valley event legends, Dashville have just dropped a lineup for their Pigsty In July that’s sure to heat up the winter for local live music lovers.

After a massive return to business with Gum Ball in April, the Dashville crew are set to deliver one of the best PigSty in July events ever seen.

A stand out on the lineup announcement is local favourites, and international ska-punkers, The Porkers.

They’ll be joined by Melbourne’s Money For Rope, Sydney psych main stayers The Laurels, local funk and soul lords Pow Wow, fun lovin’ favourites Burger Joint, progressive youngsters WELL?, the gorgeous Alice Terry and the very slick rig of Thunderfox.

Hunter psychobilly gurus Casino Rumblers will also make a long-awaited return to Dashville, alongside the supreme blues of Frank Sultana Blues Band and, what is certain to become your new favourite band, Racing Birds.

The festival will also feature a number of special guest comedians, which will be announced shortly

PigSty in July honours an age-old tradition of winter feasting in a celebration at the deepest, darkest time of the year. And after four years in the wilderness, and three failed COVID reschedules in 2021 this year’s event is sure to be one not to miss.

Unlike the Gum Ball, you’ll have to leave the piglets at home as this one is fully licensed, adults-only 18 plus event. But camping is available and with a Dashville Nights concert on Friday night, there’s even an option to camp for two nights and make a weekend of it.

The Friday night show features local acts Slow Cinema, the Cormac Grant Band and Daphzie.
