Lawrence Mooney is headed to town for two massive shows this September.
The much-loved Aussie comedian will bring his Pigeonhole tour to Belmont 16S Sailing Club on Friday, 6 September and Wests Nelson Bay on Saturday, 7 September.
The brand-new show takes a deep dive into the idea of never feeling too boxed in or constrained by your surroundings and has been a massive hit wherever it plays.
“This show is probably the most confronting show I’ve ever done both for me and for the audience,” Lawrence said.
“I don’t want to say too much but there’s a death and it’s not a murder mystery. Oh, and the death is funny.
“I reckon we are pigeonholing each other and ourselves more than ever with the illusion of becoming kinder and more tolerant.
Lawrence has carved out a successful career in comedy, highlighted by his own show on ABC and three nominations for the Barry Award at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival. His comedic talent has also resonated with radio listeners on Triple M Sydney.
