The NutStock music festival will take over the beer garden at The Wickham Park Hotel in March to raise funds for the Cancer Council.
Featuring an amazing line-up of local acts, the festival is a part of the Nut Truckers‘ Shitbox Rally fund-raising initiative.
The local team will make a 3000km journey from Newcastle to Townsville, via Betoota, for the rally over some of the most formidable roads in a $1500 shitbox car.

Cooks & Bakers, Nana Klumpp, The Appointments, Slapjack, Loons, William John Jr and Chai Chester have all put their hands up to perform over 7 hours of the festival with a few special guests yet to be announced.
Present by The Wicko and Big Apache with event sponsors Steel City, Engineroom Design and ReDriven, the festival is an all-ages event but children must be with an adult at all times.
Now in its 13th year, the Shitbox Rally is the largest community lead fundraiser for the Cancer Council in Australia.
The team name, Nut Truckers, is a nod to one of the three team members, Gilly, who is a cancer survivor. The other members of the team have lost family and stood by their others as they fought the disease and they’re super passionate about doing anything they can to support research initiatives.
If you can make the festival, you can still support the Nut Truckers by visiting their team page at shitboxrally.com.au.
The NutStock music festival will hit the beer garden at The Wiko on Saturday, 25 March. Music Kicks off at 2:30 pm with food and drinks available throughout the day. Visit bigtix.com.au for more event information and tickets.
