The 2017 instalment of Newcastle’s THIS THAT festival will take place at Wickham Park, around 3km from the festival’s previous home at Newcastle Foreshore.
New site. Still with THIS Stage, still with THAT Stage and of course, who could forget THE OTHER? Extremely handy for punters, the new site is also only 600 metres from the Newcastle transport interchange. The festival move will make way for the preparation of the V8s in Newcastle, also taking place in November.
It’s a new playground for the THIS THAT team to work their magic and they have grand plans to say the least. Organisers have already started dreaming big on some very special surprises in store for November. The last two years saw the likes of RÜFÜS, SAFIA, ScHoolboy Q & Peking Duk blow Newcastle away and 2017 will be no different with some incredible artists to be announced on Tuesday July 4.
