Newcastle is set to light up this weekend when electronic music heavyweights PNAU bring their high-energy live show to the city as part of their regional Australian tour.
The ARIA Award-winning act will hit King Street Hotel this Friday, delivering one of the final stops on their 12-date Nirvana regional run.
The show is part of a tour stretching from far north Queensland down the east coast, designed to bring world-class production to regional audiences.
The Newcastle date follows the release of PNAU’s new single Tu Corazón (Your Heart), a collaboration with Mexican rock trio The Warning.
The track blends euphoric electronic production with rock influences, continuing the group’s long history of genre-crossing collaborations with artists including Elton John, Dua Lipa, Khalid and Coldplay.
The collaboration traces back more than a decade, when PNAU first crossed paths with The Warning while working in Mexico.
That early connection eventually led to a studio session in Los Angeles, with Tu Corazón (Your Heart) emerging as a celebration of openness, connection and finding beauty in the world.
Known for their immersive live performances and rave-inspired roots, PNAU continue to evolve from Sydney’s underground dance scene into global stages, with their breakout hit Cold Heart cementing their international reputation.
Their recent album Hyperbolic also featured an A-list roster of collaborators, further showcasing their expansive sound and creative reach.
The Newcastle show forms part of a wider regional tour that includes stops across Queensland and New South Wales, wrapping up in Gosford. Fans can expect a full-scale live experience packed with energetic beats, vibrant visuals and festival-level production in an intimate venue setting.
PNAU will perform at King Street Hotel in Newcastle this Friday, 3 July, 2026. Tickets are on sale via pnau.tv.
