The 2024 Newcastle Pride Festival will take over the city for a vibrant celebration of love, diversity, and unity this October.
This year’s festival, themed Your Voice, Your Story, aims to highlight the unique experiences of the LGBTQIA+ community.
In its fifth year, the Newcastle Pride Festival has curated an exciting lineup of events designed to engage and entertain a diverse audience.
The festival kicks off with the lively Newcastle Pride Parade, a cornerstone of the celebration, where colourful floats and enthusiastic marchers will fill the streets. Following the parade, the POOF DOOF + DYKE DOOF afterparty promises an electrifying atmosphere with performances from top DJs and entertainers.
A family-friendly Fair Day will offer a more relaxed environment with games, food stalls, and live performances suitable for all ages serving as a crucial platform for raising awareness and promoting acceptance within the broader community.
