American grunge pioneers, Mudhoney will return to Australia in 2023 to headline The Gum Ball in the Hunter Valley.
The seminal Seattle four-piece lead the first Gum Ball lineup announcement which includes another thirteen acts who will all take to the stage at Dashville in April next year.
And while the announcement is stacked full of must-see acts, festival organisers say it’s just a mere taste of what’s to come, with a full lineup announcement scheduled for November.
And what a taste it is…
The unmistakable voice of Rob Younger will once again ring out across the Dashville festival site when The New Christs take to the stage as part of the lineup.
One of Australia’s greatest songwriters, Darren Hanlon has also been announced for The Gum Ball 2023.
Sydney garage-pop outfit, Flowertruck will undoubtedly be a festival favourite.
And there’s a stack of local artists like Rum Jungle, Cormac Grant and Daphzie who are all set to pick up a bag of new fans in the Dashville crowd.
