After king their separate ways back in 2015, McAlister Kemp will once again hit the road for an east coast tour in August.
While both Drew McAlister and Troy Kemp have produced albums, hit singles and picked up awards since going solo the legacy of McAlister Kemp lived on, especially for fans.
From the release of their first album, All Kinds of Tough in 2010, McAlister Kemp became one of the most loved, and highest-selling, duos in Australian country music.
After the success of a couple of shows last year, there was little choice for the two artists to put a more substantial tour together.
โIt will be great to get our teeth into these live shows and we really look forward to playing our songs once again,”
“We had a ball in Tamworth last year and canโt wait to see some familiar faces out on the road!” Drew McAlister said.
The WE ROLL ON tour will see the pair perform all of their most loved material and brand new music including the singles After the Breakdown and Paid for Drinking Beer.
“Weโll be playing all our favourite MK songs as well as the new tracks that weโve been working on over the last year,” Troy Kemp said.
“We love an Aussie country crowd and look forward to a long-overdue party with you guys again soon.”
Local fans can catch McAlister Kemp on Saturday, 27 August 2022 at Wallsend Diggers – Mezz Bar. Visit mcalisterkemp.com.au for more information and tickets.
