A warm jacket and some simple kindness can make all the difference to a homeless person’s life according to Soul Cafe CEO Rick Prosser as the organisation prepares for its annual Sleepout for Soul this Friday, May 19.
But they are going a step beyond that again this year, with Rick’s wife, son, and family friends spending their nights this week on the streets of Newcastle in an attempt to understand the problem and provide real solutions to the problems.
