The Kent Hotel in Hamilton is encouraging everyone to nominate a family of heroes who deserve a 1000 cash injection this Christmas.
Hunt Hospitality, which owns The Kent and a number of other venues across the Hunter, have launched the Holiday Heroes campaign as a heartfelt recognition of the challenges faced by families during the festive season.
They aim to celebrate community heroes, provide much-needed financial support and make a positive impact in the community during this special time of the year.
“Amid economic difficulties, Hunt Hospitality is determined to make a positive difference. We aim to empower families, ensuring they experience the joy of the season without added financial stress.” Hunt Hospitality’s CEO and Managing Director, Stephen Hunt said.
“The $1000 Holiday Heroes Giveaway embodies the values that define Hunt Hospitality – community, compassion, and connection.
“As we approach the festive season, we want to shine a light on the heroes among us and offer a helping hand to families facing challenges. This initiative is a reflection of our commitment to making a positive impact where it matters most – within the heart of our communities.”
Starting from December 1st, community members can nominate an in need by submitting a compelling 100-word description of why they deserve to receive $1000 this Christmas. To add a personal touch to nominations, participants can include photos of the nominated family.
