The Gum Ball will once again come to life at the Dashville campground in Lower Belford across three massive days from Friday 26 April until Sunday 28 April, and we’ve got all the info you need to make the most out of one of our favourite events on the festival calendar.

TICKETS
If you’re in for the whole weekend you’re looking at a three-day festival pass coupled with three nights of camping bliss, all bundled up neatly in the full weekend ticket. Priced at just $90 per day, this all-encompassing pass not only grants access to the festival grounds but also offers the freedom to bring your own camping gear. With such value-packed perks, it’s evident that this ticket option stands as a beacon of affordability for festival-goers seeking an unforgettable experience.
For those seeking flexibility without compromising on the festival fervour, the Flexi Single day ticket is where it’s at. Although priced slightly higher than the full weekend ticket, its unique feature allows patrons to enjoy a partial refund upon festival checkout. This innovative approach ensures hassle-free entry without the need for rigorous gate security checks each morning. Perfect for Friday and/or Saturday attendees, the Flexi Single day ticket is the epitome of convenience in a festival landscape brimming with excitement and possibilities. There are also Saturday and Sunday passes available.
KIDS FESTIVAL PROGRAM
Amidst the lively atmosphere of the festival, children are in for a treat with the dedicated KIDS FESTIVAL PROGRAM at the ‘House of Big Dreams’ kids zone. Offering an array of engaging workshops and activities tailored for youngsters, including the ever-popular silent disco, there’s no shortage of fun to be had. From creative crafts to whimsical face painting, the House of Big Dreams is a haven where children can unleash their imaginations and explore various adventures, whether it’s joining the circus, mastering disco dance moves, or learning to skate.
DON’T MISS
One of the best things about a trip to The Gum Ball is your chance to discover new music. So you should try to take in as much as possible although there are a few acts YOU MUST be front and center for over the weekend. Vikky B’s Bedtime Stories is a brand new addition to the festival that’s at the top of our priority list to see each night. You can expect fabulous outfits, jaw-dropping performances and queer extravaganza curated by Maitland’s own Viktoria Bitter. On Friday afternoon Some of our favourite local acts will get the festival started including Elestial, SF Wrens, Radium Dolls, Dave Wells and The Main Guy & The Other Guys. On Saturday we’ll be right down the front for Georgie Winchester, Claire Anne Taylor the amazing Battlesnake. While it’s all killer no filler on Sunday you’d be mad to miss Butterknife, Queenie, Burger Joint, or Melody Pool who’ll be giving us a taste of songs from her forthcoming album.
