OK, Newcastle – The 2020 NRL season is just around the corner and it’s time to get to know our home town team. Get along to McDonald Jones Stadium on Saturday 18 January for a free, family-friendly event full of Knights fun!
This is your chance to meet the new nib Newcastle Knights coach Adam O’Brien, squad members and hometown heroes ahead of their clash with the New Zealand Warriors on March 14. The Knights players and coach are throwing open the gates and welcoming the whole community, head-on into the stadium to meet your fave members of the team and grab photos & autographs.
Walk the field and explore the stadium and develop your skills with a rock climbing mountain and mechanical football. And the entertainment doesn’t end there. The Knights 2020 Community Season Launch will also offer proud Novocastrians free face painting and petting zoo plus, a DJ will be spinning tunes for you to bust your moves too.
