Legendary Australian band, The Cruel Sea took to the stage at Bar on the Hill in Newcastle on Saturday as part of the Great Southern Nights series of gigs around New South Wales.
Armed with a bag of new songs from Straight Into The Sun, the band’s first album in 23 years, and a back catalogue of absolute gold, Tex and the boys put on a masterclass supported by local guests Magpie Diaries, and The Family Jordan
