Legendary UK pop-rockers 10cc rolled into the Civic Theatre Newcastle last night with a setlist stacked with more hits than most bands could dream of.
Once on stage, they wasted no time reminding Newcastle why they’ve remained a staple of classic rock radio for decades. Graham Gouldman and his band delivered a slick, nostalgia-soaked performance, effortlessly bouncing between art-pop masterpieces like I’m Not In Love and singalong favourites like Dreadlock Holiday, much to the delight of a packed and enthusiastic crowd.
The musicianship was top-tier, the harmonies still spine-tingling, and the show moved at a tight, relentless pace — just as Gouldman promised.
