While John Farnham has been receiving ongoing treatment and rehabilitation, his team have been working on the release of a feature-length documentary that will hit cinemas around the country in May.
John Farnham: Finding The Voice is the first authorised biopic focused on the beloved musical artist.
The documentary promises to take audiences on a journey through the untold story of an iconic Aussie. From his rise from humble beginnings in the suburbs of Melbourne to his โ60s pop fame and then through the highs and lows that led to his record-breaking success.
Directed by Poppy Stockell, the biopic also features commentary from a range of notable musicians.
It features interviews with Olivia Newton-John, Celine Dion, Robbie Williams, Jimmy Barnes, Richard Marx, and Darryl Braithwaite, as well as family members and close associates like Glenn and Gaynor Wheatley and James and Robert Farnham.
The John Farnham: Finding The Voice documentary will hit cinemas on 18 May For A Limited Season. A release of music from the film is now available for pre-order at JohnFarnham.lnk.to/FindingTheVoiceMR
