Newcastle’s #burglyf-ers are gearing up for a spine-tingling culinary adventure for Halloween
The city’s favourite burger joint, Rascal has unveiled a spooky burg inspired by the peculiar tastes of Renfield, Dracula’s bug-eating ‘familiar’.
It’s a creation that combines tantalizing flavours with sustainable alternative protein snacks from Circle Harvest, including crickets and mealworms.
Rascal has always been known for pushing the boundaries of burger innovation, but this is next level.
This unholy burg is rolling out with a Wagyu patty, cheese, ‘Dwight Fry’d Onions,’ and a medley of exotic ingredients, including Chilli and garlic BBQ Crickets and Saltbush and rosemary Mealworms and then topped with a blend of Black Garlic Aioli, Nacho Cheese, Iceberg lettuce, tomato, pickles, and onions.
