Coasties turned out in force over the weekend to welcome Spanian’s Kebabs to Wyong.
The food truck franchise has opened its newest location at The Chapman Building in Wyong and if opening weekend is anything to go by people are pretty excited about it.
Massive crowds, with lines stretching all the way to the highway, descended on Alison Road to get a taste of the now-famous kebabs and catch a glimpse of Spanian himself, who was there for the grand opening.
Not only did the Sydney rapper and kebab kingpin make an appearance, but he brought along fellow personality Colombia CLIPS for a three-hour meet and greet with fans. From signing merch and workwear to posing for endless selfies, the pair took their time to meet as many locals as possible.
And, according to those who made it to the front of the very long line, the food lived up to the hype too, with the brand’s signature kebab (served on toasted Turkish rolls) definitely the crowd favourite.
Spanian’s Kebabs have made a name for themselves in Western Sydney for combining fresh, quality ingredients with bold flavours—and based on the reviews, the Wyong location is staying true to that promise.
You can find Spanians Kebabs at The Chapman Building on Alison Road in Wyong. They’re open Wednesday to Sunday from noon. Visit spanianskebabs.au.
