It all starts with a carefully selected, lightly bashed and freshly crumbed 250g chicken breast. These little beauties are then cooked until they’re golden brown with just the right amount of crunch. At that point, you’ve got a choice to make. Will you keep it classic or take it up a notch? Or are you adventurous enough to take on one of The Prince’s weekly chef-designed schnitzel extravaganzas?
Inspired by the always popular ‘Burger of the Week’ from The Prince’s friends at RASCAL, The Prince Schnitzel of the Week is a chef-designed schnitzel featuring some delicious and often slightly crazy toppings which make it the perfect treat for the more adventurous schnitzel fan among us.
