Multi-ARIA award-winning artist Jessica Mauboy will bring her National Boss Lady Tour to Newcastle’s Civic Theatre in 2022.
The Voice 2021 coach says the setlist for the shows on the national tour will read like an anthology of her back catalogue and include some new music which is due for release later this year.
“We’ll be playing all the fan favourites and I can’t wait to share new music on the tour too,” Mauboy said.
The Aussie pop icon has been deep in creative mode while making new music which she says is embracing an emerging personal style and continuing an unapologetic self-discovery.
Jess will also bring a few special guests along for the ride, including her friend and singer-songwriter, Caiti Baker.
“We’ve planned for the tour to be in the new year, so for the time being we continue to be safe,” she said.
“Everyone’s health is the number one priority as we navigate through these challenging times. Stay safe and love you all mob”.
Jessica Mauboy will bring The Boss Lady Tour to Newcastle’s Civic Theatre on Friday 1 April 2022. General public tickets are on sale from noon on Thursday 2 September 2021.
