Bitchcraft get into the festive spirit with cracking Christmas tune!

Newcastle’s very own ladies of loud Bitchcraft have well and truly been dipping into the Christmas egg-nog.

Good thing, too because the result is a rockin’ and raucous Christmas tune that could be the perfect Yuletide banger to sum up this annus horribilis we call 2020.

The track, A Very Bitchcraft Xmas, is a poppy, punky number that pulls no punches in its assessment of the past year with singer Simone Price spits those words that we’ve all been thinking – “Deck the halls with bells of holly/It’s been a ****of a year.”

The track was released by Wallsend record emporium Hiss and Crackle as the ‘naughty’ side of its SUPER limited edition Hissmas 7″.

The “nice” side features the equally amazing Huckleberry and the Conadilly St Band’s gorgeously soulful and aptly melancholic The Silly Season.

While getting your hands on a physical copy is nigh on impossible due to an extremely limited run and a lot of Newy ears keen to wrap their ears around some local festive goodness, you can still enjoy both tracks via YouTube with both tunes captured live in-store at Hiss and Crackle recently and shot by local production company Mmedia Productions.
