Well, the band are now holding worldwide auditions after original member Lexxi Foxx announced he was leaving the group. And their number one tip for prospective bandmates… “be bitchin”.
You’ll need to have some pretty hefty chops too.
The masters of parody are also musically amazing with the band gaining immediate acclaim with their 2009 debut, Feel The Steel which included the lead single Death To All But Metal which featured an appearance from Slipknot frontman Corey Taylor.

Check out the instructions below. All you need to do is upload one video of you playing a Steel Panther song on the bass and another introducing yourself to the band. Check out the instructions below.

STEP 2: Upload a video of you playing any Steel Panther song to this dropbox. Make sure you use the file name “yourname_songname_youremailaddress”.
STEP 3: Upload a video to this Dropbox introducing yourself to Steel Panther and explaining why you should be the next bassist for the band. Make sure you use the file name “yourname_introduction_youremailaddress”.
