Get ready Raymond Terrace foodies because you are about to be inundated with a cornucopia of flavours.
That’s right. Street Food Social will be rolling into town this weekend.
Street Food Social has been operating within the Port Stephens area since January and is run by Tree and Dragon, the same company behind the popular Sacred Tree Markets.
Partnering with The McCloy Group in April and rolling into a number of their residential communities this spring, the event has been described as “roving street food deliciousness.”
With big-name foodie favourites including Bao Brothers, Lets Do Yum Cha, Cold Rock Ice Creamery, The Craft Pit and Choux leading the convoy, the event will also feature a meet and greet with Newcastle Knights captain Mitchell Pearce, street performance and a fire show by Newcastle legend Hannah Indigo, kids entertainment and live music.
“The excitement that Street Food Social brings to the community is great, we see families both from within McCloy Communities and the wider area attend with rave reviews on the food vendors and entertainment,” McCloy Group senior project director James Goode said.
“For us it’s about giving back to the community who has supported us, and supporting events like to enable them to go ahead is something we’re proud to be
The McCloy Group is also offering the opportunity to win one of ten ‘Free Feed’ vouchers and all you have to do is head here to enter. Be quick, though because winners will be announced on Friday 1 November!
So, get those stretchy pants on and get along to Potters Lane, Raymond Terrace from 3pm to 8pm on Sunday 3 November.
