The newly made-over dining precinct at Wests Mayfield has welcomed the smoking flavours of the Texas Bar-B-Q Grill.
The restaurant features an tempting selection of Texan favourites – highlights of which include the array of slow cooked ribs, the signature 18-hour slow cooked rib-eye and the ‘rattle steak’ – the slow-cooked rib eye dipped in jalapeño pale ale batter, then crumbed and served with a chipotle hollandaise.
It’s all cooked to mouth-watering perfection, too thanks to the fully imported American Yoder Smoker which adds a deep, rich smoky flavour to everything that passes over its grill.
Aside from the selection of delectable charry meats, Texas Bar-B-Q Grill also offers a tempting array of burgers, pizzas, share plates and steak sandwiches.
In addition to slow smoked ribs and wings, burgers, pizzas and prime-grade, hand-trimmed, naturally aged steaks, Texas Bar-B-Q Grill also offers classic steakhouse sides, fresh seafood, heirloom vegetables, salads, kids meals (served on a take home frisbee for a bit of fun) and house-made desserts.
