Hey there, chicken fans. In case you weren’t aware National Wing Day, arguably THE marquee event on any chook conisseur’s calendar is just around the corner.
And The Bavarian is really pushing the boat out to celebrate the auspicious occasion.
Yep, that’s right! On Wednesday 29 July, the Charlestown-based eatery will be offering up its delectable buffalo wings for just TEN CENTS A POP!
In this day and age, there’s very little that you can purchase with ten cents, but on this special day, the silver coin will nab you one of these spicy bad boys.
There is a slight catch though.
In order to take advantage of these LOW, LOW prices, you’re going to have to grab yourself a stein of beer. And realistically, is this really a catch? Because if there is a better combination than wings and ale, we don’t know if want to hear about it.
Oh and not wanting to cause any undue wing ODs, it’s a maximum of 20 wings per drink purchase, but grab some mates and that 20 quickly becomes a mountain of chicken goodness!
To help make the most of this mouthwatering deal, The Bavarian will be open for lunch from 12pm on the day, serving these saucy wings all the way through to dinner.
And once the wing-a-thon is over, it’s back to the regular 4pm opening from Thursday 30 July.
Given the current pandemic situation and the obvious hubbub this news will no doubt cause, you can’t simply just rock up on the day to take advantage.
You are going to have to telegraph your intention to stuff your face by booking here.
This wing-ding will no doubt book up fast so don’t be chicken, book now!
