In what is mammoth news for Screaming Jets fans, former drummer Craig “Rosie” Rosevear will reunite with the legendary rockers for their two upcoming shows at Wests Cardiff.
Joining the Jets in 1993, Rosie was responsible for keeping time on three albums – The Screaming Jets (1995), World Gone Crazy (1997) and Scam (2000- seven tracks) before vacating the chair for Col Hatchman.
After a brief stint in the US post Jets, Rosie came back to Newcastle to establish Rosie’s School of Rock as well as a career as a Newy’s first rock and roll auctioneer and TV presenter for NBN’s Location…Lifestyle…Living.
With music firmly etched into his DNA, Rosie has kept up his chops behind the kit playing with the likes of DV8, The Retro Rockets, Monsters of Rock and the Cassettes.
The promise of Rosie’s brief reunion with the Jets is sure to make their upcoming 30th anniversary shows at Wests Cardiff even more special.
