After beginning her career as a cadet journalist with NBN Television, Melinda Smith went on to co-anchor the 6 pm News bulletin for more than ten years. Her broadcast work also covered presenting on commercial and ABC Radio Networks.
Melinda farewelled her colleagues at NBN in April 2010 to devote time to family and study at the University of Newcastle.
She joined Tracy Mac on Newcastle In The Morning for this week’s Where Are They Now segment.
