Letโs Fish Lake Mac
This contact-free fishing competition is a catch and release event with registrations taking place online. Participants will fish for the lakes most popular species. Catch your fish, take a photo, then release it and try and catch a bigger one.

Letโs Fish Festival
The Let’s Fish Festival is a family day out celebrating all things fishing, including roving performers, magical talent, creative puppetry, music from a variety of local musicians and much more! Tickets $10 for adults and free for children 15 and under. Bookings essential.

History Illuminated
Historyโs time to shine! From 19- 28 November Lake Mac is celebrating History Illuminated featuring an evening with General Sir Peter Cosgrove workshops, exhibitions that highlight local, national, and international historical facts and fiction, research, art and writing.

Lake Mac Open Studios
Local artists and makers will open their studio doors and welcome the general public inside for a behind the scenes look; giving art lovers the chance to meet artists, learn about the creative process and purchase unique artworks to take home.

MAC Workshop: Shibori and Fabric Printing
Join printmaker and textiles artist Amanda Donohue for a four-week art course. Explore techniques for shibori & indigo dyeing as well as fabric printing using linocut designs. $180 per person all materials supplied.
