ChromeFest 2024 is set to take over The Entrance on the Central Coast from Friday, October 25 to Sunday, October 27, transforming the town into a vibrant hub of retro charm and automotive nostalgia. This year’s event will feature over 450 pre-1979 show cars on display, along with car cruises, a lively atmosphere of entertainment across five outdoor stages, retro market stalls, and dance demonstrations. Highlights include a Free Friday Night Concert in Memorial Park and the much-anticipated Saturday Night Jive ticketed event. Visitors can also enjoy fashion parades and the exciting Show n’ Shine judging, with category winners announced on Sunday afternoon. Coastal Twist 2024

Coastal Twist 2024 is set to return to the Central Coast from 1 – 6 October, offering six days of vibrant LGBTIQ+ arts, culture, and community celebration. This inclusive festival features an eclectic mix of performances, discussions, and creative works designed to entertain, challenge, and inspire. Spread across multiple hubs including Woy Woy, Ettalong Beach, Gosford, and Umina Beach, the festival will host events like theatre, cabaret, live music, film screenings, teen activations, and even a beach picnic. The centrepiece is the colourful Coastie Carnie Fair Day, a joyful celebration of diversity. Davistown Putt Putt Regatta & Wooden Boat Festival

Held at Woy Woy South School, this free festival features over 50 eco-market stalls selling everything from organic produce to solar panels, along with green living talks and presentations. It’s not just for the eco-conscious—Woytopia is packed with music, food stalls, and entertainment for kids. One highlight is the popular clothes swap, where attendees can trade up to six items between 11:30 am and 1 pm.
